Etchasoft Incorporated is a privately held information technology product/services corporation located in Jacksonville, Florida. The charter of the company is to develop proprietary commercial software products that can be leveraged to assist the services business unit for its customers.
Etchasoft's founders formed the company to address a gap in the software services industry where traditional consulting services only offered "bodies" to provide time and material work that is never tied to a deliverable and has no penalty for project overruns.
Since 1999, the company has successfully developed and commercialized several of its own products like InjureNet™ and SpillCop® and has developed a proprietary development methodology, components for reuse, facility, specialty practices, and highly skilled resources that serve clients from a project oriented basis.
