Case Management / Criminal Justice Practice

In 2000, Etchasoft entered into an agreement with the 20th Judicial Circuit of Florida to enhance the circuit's Criminal Justice Information System (a product originally developed by CMSI prior to its acquisition by Computer Associates). A key factor in the selection of Etchasoft was the fact that two of the Etchasoft founders developed the original CJIS product while employed by CMSI. Also in 2000, Computer Associates sold a Protective Order Registry product to the State of Connecticut and subcontracted a substantial portion of the custom development work to Etchasoft. The system was successfully implemented in 2002.

Etchasoft has extensive industry expertise in Case Management and Criminal Justice procedures and can independently consult on matters to enhance, automate, and optimize the case management process as it relates to criminal justice.

Sports Software Practice

The Jacksonville Jaguars Athletic Training Department is responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of the injuries to the athletes and coaches of the team. Etchasoft's PartnerSourcing model was first established here. The agreement for Etchasoft to build and retain ownership of the resulting InjureNet™ product led to its use by other teams and organizations with all parties now benefitting from support of a common commercial code base. Etchasoft has gained industry expertise and can consult in matters of "best practices" to capture sports injuries, reporting, and insurance industry needs. The ability of Etchasoft's InjureNet™ product to capture and translate industry standard medical coding has allowed Etchasoft to begin targeting a new product line in the Workers Compensation area.

Environmental Remediation Practice

Etchasoft has developed industry expertise in this area while designing an emergency spill response software product in a PartnerSourcing model with TREC, Inc. This Internet ASP product, SpillCop Exchange®, allows clients to quickly select pre-qualified spill recovery companies by geographic location and manage the entire life cycle of the environmental remediation process. Etchasoft has gained industry knowledge of hazardous materials remediation process, cost, and regulatory compliance reporting.

Integration

Etchasoft's Integration practice is a comprehensive approach to data migration and integration of systems. Our approach provides cleaner data mapping by using data profiling and sampling techniques which reduces the error ratio during the data migration process. Our process for systems integration includes the use of advanced technology to provide a reliable integration platform with a focus on open architecture for future enhancements.Our experience crosses the span from ERP systems to web applications.
