Injury Management for the Enterprise
Etchasoft has an extensive list of successfully completed projects. The below sample list of projects range in size from over $100,000 to $7,000,000 and include both public and private sector clients. The majority of our projects are fixed bid and developed offsite in our EPC facility. The following projects are presented here to demonstrate Etchasoft's technical depth, as well as its understanding of, and experience with the software development lifecycle:
Client Name: Jacksonville Jaguars
Type of Contract: Private Sector
The Jacksonville Jaguars Athletic Training Department is responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of the injuries to the athletes and coaches of the team. The partners at Etchasoft had supported the Jaguars with an existing product that was purchased by the team in 1995. In 2000, the Jaguars decided to replace the existing system and contracted with Etchasoft to build a new web-based injury management application and to have it in place prior to the start of the 2000 season. Etchasoft implemented the system in July of 2000, prior to the start of training camp. This is another example of the PartnerSource model were InjureNet™, www.injurenet.com, is now a commercial off the shelf solution owned by Etchasoft that is available for other teams. Since this implementation, Etchasoft has provided new release functionality and ongoing support for the Jacksonville Jaguars. In addition, Etchasoft has implemented our software for other teams and sport organizations.
Client Name: SpillCop, Inc
Type of Contract: Private Sector
With this engagement, Etchasoft successfully deployed the full use of its development methodology (PartnerSource), facility (EPC), and fulfilled the PartnerSource model of shared equity in the software product. The product was commercialized, brought to market, and now maintained in the EPC. EtchaSoft served as the design, development, implementation, hosting, and maintenance team for SpillCop, Inc. (www.spillcop.com) . ROI was greatly accelerated to SpillCop, Inc. due to the PartherSource model.
The product, SpillCop Exchange®, is an ASP that addresses the emergency spill recovery industry's incident remediation activities. It allows clients to quickly select pre-qualified spill recovery companies by geographic location. The entire recovery lifecycle is tracked from the initial incident to final closure. SpillCop Exchange® manages not only recovery companies but also outside adjustors and attorneys.
