IP Assesment

Due to the charter of Etchasoft as being a product company first, we know how to assess the value of software applications, software components, software utilities, objects, and architecture. This unique service allows Etchasoft to examine the client's project from a viewpoint that may accelerate ROI from selling the IP created for a particular project. This is commercializing the IP found in our Client's inherit processes or software as a separate product in whole and/or the use of this IP in the development of related products.

We offer this service in our PartnerSourcingsm model. We also provide Technical Assessment during the design, system build and implementation stages of a project. Etchasoft requires that all implemented products comply with accepted industry standards and best business practices. In addition, all interfaces to existing business applications, office productivity applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), and other agency applications will be required to comply with industry standard open systems standards. Wherever appropriate, Etchasoft will implement commonly available, open system design, off-the-shelf products. This will reduce overall system costs and enable easy expandability and portability.
