Our partner network in both off-shore and near-shore facilities allows us to further reduce cost by breaking down design components that can be developed off/near shore and reassembled at our EPC. Our methodology approach provides the design work to be done locally by Etchasoft PartnerSourcing certified professionals and then out to bid for the construction phase in our partner network. Our clients achieve the best of both worlds, in that, the design work is done locally with the PartnerSource methodology to ensure the highest quality design and reduce cost in the development stage via off/near shore outsourcing. Q/A is accomplished by the embedded project management process that ensures high quality results.
