This support is available at no additional cost for the one year period beginning on your date of purchase. Your purchase of an Etchasoft Reports Version 1 license provides you with access to Version 1 maintenance at no additional cost.
Support requests may be emailed to helpdesk at etchasoft dot com. Please include the email address you used at your time of purchase. We will respond to your request in a timely manner during Etchasoft business hours. We will work to meet your request, but can not guarantee resolution to your particular support request.
