1) This is an agreement between you and Etchasoft
This is an agreement between you and Etchasoft Incorporated. This Agreement governs your use of any website or web page operated by Etchasoft Incorporated.

2) How Etchasoft may modify this agreement
Etchasoft reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which it offers the Etchasoft website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms, conditions and notices, and any additional terms posted on any Etchasoft website.
